The goal of the Academy is to provide high quality continuing medical education. Realizing that many
members are unable to attend the International Centennial Congress of the IAP hosted by the USCAP, the USCAP is making some of the educational material from
that meeting available on this web site. These materials provide an excellent source of information and
they are provided free of charge as a service to the pathology community.

In accordance with USCAP Policy and ACCME guidelines, the faculty members for these symposia
were required to complete disclosure forms indicating whether or not they have any significant
financial or other relationship with a commercial company, entity, or service (which would be discussed in
this educational program) which might be perceived as influencing the content or conclusions reached in this
presentation. At the begining of each symposium you will find relevant disclosure
information for individual speakers. The Academy has also required that the speakers disclose any off label
uses of pharmaceutical products or medical devices prior to their presentation.

VIRTUAL SLIDES: If you have any difficulties viewing these slides in any of the Slide Seminars or several Short Courses, email or call George Clay at +1.724.449.1137.
